Berries Are Great Brain Food.Some times we all tend to eat bad, this will eventually catch up to us. Have you ever gotten out of bed in the morning eat a donut then try to go about your work day. After all that sugar has worn off your body is tired again and all you want to do is go to bed and sleep. Not only that but your brain does not want to function either. This may be a bad thing especially if you are at work. You may start to forget things you have to do or just be very lazy and not be very productive.

What Are Some Good Brain Foods?

Well the foods I am going to list will help you in different fields, such as increase memory and getting more motivated. This will also make your reaction time more on point. Your stress levels will come down to a minimal if at all,these foods may even slow your process of getting older looking and that is always a plus in my book! Below is a list of foods that help the brain become sharper.

The Best Foods For Your Brain
  • Whole grains have a bunch of foliate in them. Eating things with whole grains can make the blood flow to the brain on point. They are rich in vitamins B6, which is an important vitamin for your brain.
  • Nuts make the brain feel not so fogged and give you a more clear mind to work with. They also put you in a better mood.
  • Chocolates are great brain food. Who would have thought this one would be on the list? Dark chocolate has antioxidant properties. They also have a lot of natural stimulants to them as well. This will make the production of endorphins and help with focus and concentration too. While milk chocolate will make your impulse, reaction time, and visual as well as verbal memory good.

    These are just of the few many brain foods out there that will help you better in a lot of fields. Other things include green tea, eggs, avocado, tomato, broccoli, red cabbage, eggplant, spinach and yogurt. All of the foods i have named are very tasty foods. Not only are they good to eat but they are very good for you to have regularly except the chocolate that has to be eaten in moderation.
