Best Food For A Soft Food Diet
There is many reasons that people will get put on a soft food diet. They are not that fun but sometimes there is no other choice but to do this. If you have had any kind of oral surgery. If you have had any kind of stomach surgery to loose weight. If your having troubles swallowing foods or just real tender in the mouth to chew. There is a soft food diet that you can try to follow. Below I have posted up the best food for a soft food diet.

- Ice cream

- Soups
- Cream of wheat
- Oatmeal
- Different kinds of drink supplements
- Puddings
- Eggs
- Jellos
- You can cook vegetables till they are very tender, almost a mushy kind of tender and eat them
- Many different fluids
- Ice pops or anything to do with different icies or frozen treats that are soft to eat
- Hotdogs
- Tuna salad
- macaroni salad
This is just a short list of foods that are best for a soft food diet. If you go surfing the net or library or even to your doctor you may find a lot of other choices that are good to have. If you are on a strict soft food diet the best thing to do is stick with it. I know it may be hard but if you want certain things that bad then maybe you can blend them up if you want.
