Foods That Help You Burn Fat. Tired of walking around feeling like a kangaroo with that extra pouch you have hanging there? Do you feel like you have tried everything and spent a great deal of money doing so with no end result or very little? Well you do not have to worry any longer I am going to give you a list of foods that help you burn fat. So dump all of the foods that you know are not good for you such as those cookies you have hidden away or that stock pile of chips in the cabinet. Get rid of it all and make a new shopping list. Below is a list of foods that will help you burn fat and lose those extra pounds.

Fat Burning Foods

  1. Oatmeal has a good source of fiber. So for breakfast have a bowl of plain oatmeal and add berries or bananas.
  2. Almonds or other different nuts. Make sure though when you buy nuts they are unsalted. Nuts will keep you full for a good deal of time. So if you want to snack on something about 24 almonds will do the trick for that hunger pain you have.
  3. Berries have so much fiber. In one cup there are 6 grams. Again so if you have a snack attack have a cup of nice, sweet, juicy berries. You can even mix them together.
  4. Orange juice. Your body needs vitamin c to help get rid of fat. Orange juice is loaded with vitamin c. This will also give you a good deal of energy to go about your day
  5. Salmon You should eat fish at least 3 times a week. It is said to have a high level of leptin in it which is a hormone that lessens the appetite and at the same time also helps with burning fat.
  6. Eggs are big on filling you up and they will also give you the energy you need to go about your busy day.
  7. Grapefruit Grapefruits lower insulin levels, doing so will stop that horrible feeling to go and find something to devour. Eating half a grapefruit with each meal or even drinking 4oz with each meal will burn that unnecessary pouch you have
  8. Spicy Foods Eating spicy thing make sweat production and raise your heart rate and brings the metabolism up.
  9. Cinnamon Put a teaspoon of cinnamon in the foods you eat. It is said that cinnamon will assist in decreasing the body's blood sugar levels. Not to mention the extra sugars in the blood can start fat storing.

So are you finally ready to say goodbye to that unwanted friend you have hiding under big and baggy clothing. Go to the supermarket and get these items I have said above and you will be on your merry way to a much healthier lifestyle.
