• Ask the place that you will be holding it if they can hold the amount of people you expect to be having at the wedding.
• Is this a handicap accessible place? Do you need it to be handicapped accessible?
• Is there going to be either air conditioning or heat? Depending on the season and the crowd you will have.
• Will there be a room for the bride to change or just to freshen up in?
• Will there be restrooms for the other guests?
• What will be the cost of setting up the ceremony seating?
• Find out if the date and time you want to have it will be available.
• If the place will be pre-decorated ask to see other pictures that were held there.
• Find out if you can make changes to what they have done if there is something specific you want.
• Find out how long you can be there a normal wedding and reception venue last 5 to 7 hours.
• Find out how much everything will cost ahead of time including if they have any wedding packages available.
• See if they have a bar or if it a non drinking facility. If it does how much extra it will be.
• If the place you will be having it serves food try to sample what you will have served to your guests.
• See if this place has entertainment or if you have to provide the DJ and other entertainment yourself.
• Find out about the parking issues such as if it is ready for the people, do you have to hire a valet and if there will be any other events going on that day that may make parking harder for your guests.
