How To Keep Your Skin Safe During The Summer

If you like laying out in the hot summer days as I do you may have tough skin or a few more wrinkles. Do you know why that is? The sun drys out the skin or causes sunburn and over time the skin will feel like shoe leather. One of most common things in people they will get skin poisoning from excessive exposure to the sun. In turn will give you skin blisters. This is a very serious issue. Even a worse case scenario you may experience heat stroke. I am going to post up a list of how to keep your skin safe during the summer

Summer Skin Safety

1. Depending on fair skin or dark skin you will want to look at the bottles of sun lotion you want to get. The best kind of lotions are the ones that help hydrate hair and the skin better.
2. Let say you are in someones pool you are going to have to get lotions that are waterproof and water resistant. This is so you do not have to stop what you are doing 10 times just to reapply more sunscreen.
3. When you are sunning on your patio, beach or even if you just want to lay around do not use baby oil. I know a great deal of women and men do this but it is so bad for the skin and will cause you to burn. Especially if you have pasty white skin.
4. Try to avoid going out in the sun between the hours of 10am and 4pm this is when the sun is at its strongest and will fry you fast if you are not covered
5. If you can not reach a spot to put that sunblock you need ask someone for an extra hand
6. To prevent from hurting your scalp you might just want to wear a sun hat of some kind
7. Here is something else to remember if you are very fair skin find a sunblock that has a high SPF in it so you are better protected.
8. There are spots on th face that are more oily then the rest such as forehead and nose. You may want to apply a bit extra sun screen to these areas so it does not come off due to the excessive oils

Being out in the sun can be a bit of a pain but i would rather go through these steps then wind up with skin cancer or looking like I am 70 instead of 20. Your skin is the only one you will ever own so take good care of it and it will do the same for you. Sun tan lotions are made so you are protected, take advantage of them and stay looking young and beautiful.
