Thinking about the right things like taking care of yourself and your family, thinking about how to make the world better, even if it is small actions that only affect one other person. This is what we mean by healthy mind. As far as healthy heart, it means having control over your emotions, not letting them control you. But also confronting your emotions, not ignoring them. It is one thing to control your temper, it is another to ignore the things that make you angry. And finally, healthy habits means avoiding unhealthy habits like smoking, drinking, watching too much tv, and the like.


What is beauty? Beauty is on the inside and the outside. If you have a healthy mind and a healthy heart, you pretty much have inner beauty covered. But there is nothing wrong with concerning yourself about outer beauty as well! Taking care of your hygiene, keeping your hair brushed, your teeth clean, your body clean, wearing some perfume or cologne, some deodorant, and some nice clothes. It makes you look better and feel better about yourself!

Being beautiful is something that many people look at in an off way. It is healthy to care about beauty. It is unhealthy to care about it too much. It is good to value beauty, but it is bad to judge others who are less beautiful. Everyone should try to present the most beautiful versions of themselves, but this idea shouldn't consume their every thought and action. Like many ideas, concerning yourself with beauty is a good thing in moderation.
