Take the spout and pour half the solution in to one nostril then same as the other. After you are done you may want to blow your nose to get anything that has broken up out of the nasal cavity.
5. There are some foods that help fight allergies-Foods that have omega-3 help fight off allergies, or you can take omega-3 supplements. Cold water fish, walnuts and flax seed oils are high in this. You can also add a pinch of horseradish, chili powder or peppers, hot mustard or anything else that has a spicy kick to your food, this will also help clear the airways.
6. If you sit in a steamy hot bathroom or go to a sauna the steam will help break up any congestion from allergies
7. Benadryl will always help with allergies, but you will want to ask a doctor first if you are on other medications if it safe to take this.
8. Try changing your diet around a bit. Meats, eggs and dairy are known causers of allergies. Maybe try beans, raw vegetables and tempeh these things will help reduce if not get rid of some of your allergies.
