Amputee Tattoos
I think that amputee tattoos are definitely great idea because people that have lost a limb or body part are trying to make the best of their situation. They are trying to make a bad thing better for themselves and trying to cope with what happened to them. I cannot even begin to say how I feel for those that have either lost a limb or were born with a handicap. Some handle this well and try to make light of a tough situation for themselves by adding a piece of either humorous or serious tattoo to the body part they have lost. My personal opinion on this is if you have the courage to do it then please by all means do it, you can't live life down and out about what had happened and cannot change the fact that it did. What you can do is turn that bad situation into the talk of others in a positive way. I am going to show you some images of what amputees have done to lighten things up. I think everyone is a great idea to have done, very creative on their behalf.

While the loss of a limb is tragic there is often nothing that can be done to prevent it. If you have had to loss a limb there is no reason to get down. An amputee tattoo will help you cope and brighten your attitude. Unfortunately people are going to stare and ask about your limb so why not have a little fun with it.

 | Another great ideas for an arm amputee tattoo is an animal or face. This man had a shark tattooed onto his arm where it had been amputated. You can get a tattoo of your favorite animal or person. Something like a shark is best thought cause they have a large mouth that can be tattooed open so it looks like it is trying to eat someone. |
 | Finger and hand tattoos are already highly popular. This picture shows a person that lost a finger and got a tattoo to make light of the situation. This tattoo is ironic because it is suppose to say "Good Luck" but the L is missing. That is part of the humor. |
